Return & Exchange Policy

At LAAH Official, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following terms:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us via email at queries.laah@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the return or exchange request.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please specify this in your request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, you may opt for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at queries.laah@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return and offer you a full refund or exchange for the damaged product.

7. Non-returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
